About The Position
The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking motivated and engaging SAT or ACT tutors for assignments in the Frisco/Mckinney communities. This is a contract position with compensation ranging from $40-$50/hr, commensurate with experience. The role involves providing in-person test prep tutoring to students in grades 9-12. Tutoring sessions are 60 minutes long and are generally scheduled between 2pm and 8pm during weekdays, and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days. Summer hours may vary.
Requirements
- Strong past SAT or ACT scores.
- 3-6 hours per week of availability.
- Earned Bachelor's Degree from a US 4-year degree granting college.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrable expertise and past experience tutoring SAT or ACT.
- A passion for helping others learn.
- Submit a resume which highlights your specific experience tutoring SAT and the length of time you have been tutoring (or teaching) in a paid capacity.
Responsibilities
