About The Position
The Associate - Sales position is a full-time, entry-level role that includes a comprehensive four-month Associate Development Program (ADP). The program prepares participants for a Sales Associate career at RRD by providing sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge. The Seattle, Washington position is hiring for a cohort with a required start date in July 2027.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or a related field, with an interest in sales (preferred).
- Prior experience using a CRM such as Salesforce (preferred).
- Sales internship or experience selling.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
- Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
- Shadow sales representatives; some travel is required.
- Assist senior sales representatives with sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
- Attend internal and external sales meetings.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
- Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
- Continue developing sales-industry knowledge through marketing and sales publications.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
