Serve as lead contact for Financial Wellness and SurvivorSupport stakeholders, including Leadership, Relationship Managers, Legal, Controllers, Operations, and Compliance, as the subject matter expert on data and embedded business intelligence champion. Design, build, implement, test, and monitor high-quality, low-code automations and workflow solutions that provide scalability for a high growth organization and reduce operational, financial, and reputational risk. Liaise with Relationship Managers and Leadership to process and analyze both standard reporting, including utilization, engagement, and outcomes of all corporate programs, and custom data requests for SurvivorSupport and Financial Wellness programs. Maintain accurate data within internal and external reports, ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures, risk controls and high-quality assurance, and escalate issues as appropriate. Reimagine team processes and brainstorm with talent across departments on the automation/streamlining of existing data management, including identifying new and creative ways to demonstrate corporate client return on investment. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and related tools, and recommend new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data deployment. Generate and maintain business intelligence assets for analytics on workforce management, training quality & assurance, and referral programs. Effectively plan and execute various projects and efficiently cascade key messages and regular updates to all stakeholders, including resolution of identified data inaccuracies.
