Our sales and success teams are the heart and soul of DoorDash, helping us partner with top merchants (think restaurants, grocers, convenience stores, retailers) across the country to grow their revenue and help them operate even better. As DoorDash grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our sales engine and organizational structure must grow with it. We are looking for an Associate level in Sales Strategy and Operations to support SMB Rx Success Account Management. This role will ensure we are 1. making efficient, data-driven decisions, 2. optimizing SMB Account Management operational processes, 3. leveraging and advocating AI tooling, and 4. centralizing key metrics. You'll work among our sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build the merchant foundation. Post Sales SMB Account Management: As an Associate of Sales Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will play a key role in partnering with our post sales SMB team to accelerate growth for SMB restaurants. You will focus on increasing sales productivity and refining operational processes. You will help create structured processes that influence centralized sales metrics and will work across cross-functional teams to scale our restaurant partners’ businesses through sales and operational initiatives.
