About The Position

A high-impact strategic role for analytical thinkers and strong communicators. We are seeking a creative, critical thinker with exceptional analytical, communication, and project-leadership skills to join a high-visibility COO/Corporate Strategy team. This individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to tackle some of the most important strategic and operational challenges facing the organization. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help solve complex, high-priority business problems and shape long-term strategic direction. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic discipline.
At least one year of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a comparable analytical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort working with data.
Experience managing cross-functional projects or processes.
Critical thinkers who take initiative and can independently drive work forward.

Nice To Haves

Coding or financial modeling experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.
Driving execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
Researching and analyzing evolving business challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
Evaluating new office locations, contributing to AI and technology strategy, and supporting multi-year strategic planning efforts.
