About The Position

This role involves working closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge and skills in clinical and product knowledge, as well as selling styles and techniques. The position requires training and independent study to perform at high levels in the operating room, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals. The Associate Sales Representative will represent Stryker as a leader in the industry, identify and promote solutions, and sell products that change patients' lives. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, assisting Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for customers, and fostering a positive culture within the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortability with adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services (including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems).
  • Capacity to deal with competing priorities and potential to be adaptable as days change quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in the sales capacity.
  • Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends, and some overnight travel).
  • Highly organized and demonstrate ability to organize a busy schedule.
  • Would need personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers.
  • Learns from set-backs and develops tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence.

  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining the necessary resources needed for customers to achieve sales objectives and then execute the plan.
