About The Position

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will support the sales team by promoting Stryker’s Sage products, focusing on Injury and Infection Prevention solutions for healthcare providers. You will conduct product demonstrations, help manage customer relationships, and provide customer support. The role also includes training, industry events, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals, with the opportunity to gain experience and advance into a more senior sales role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Complete extensive product training and use product and customer knowledge to tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality, and distinguish Sage products from competitors.
• Assist with hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training, including supporting customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Promote customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service.
• Assist in preparing for and operating trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Follow facility protocols and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines when conducting product evaluations.
