Requirements

Recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Proactive, anticipative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and business awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

experience with Power BI or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of sales strategies by aligning data, tools, and reporting with business goals.
Maintain and map sales data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across market segments.
Support customer forecasting and collaborate with business teams to meet financial targets.
Monitor funnel health, support opportunity tracking, and drive progress within the sales funnel.
Build and manage dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and drive accountability.
Use funnel analytics to identify risks and gaps, enabling proactive actions and growth strategies.
Support the development, tracking, and reporting of sales objectives, including design-in and design-win metrics.
Train and support users on reporting tools, dashboards, and operational processes. Develop and manage tools that support planning, reviews, and operational efficiency across teams.
