Group/Division KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a Sales Ops environment supporting the Sales function internally
  • Good communication and telephone skills to relate and resolve specific order issues.
  • Ability to act in authoritative role in meetings or related discussions.
  • Needs to be able to react quickly in a fast-past environment.
  • Willingness to work cross-functionally with other members of Business Operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with sales people.
  • Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to function independently and self-motivated without daily direction.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work within a global environment, with sensitivities and understanding of cultural and multiple time zone challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity of PC and related functionalities such as WORD, EXCEL, Power Query, SAP and Caerus database preferred.
  • Skills on functionalities of Microsoft Excel SAP ECC and SAP CRM, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI reporting experience preferred but willing to train.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Business Operations activities for assigned division and regions or responsibilities using related systems and resources.
  • Maintain a bookings snapshot report including weekly analysis of snapshot data.
  • Review sales orders in SAP for shipment holds.
  • As needed review allocations, configuration issues and pricing.
  • Generate and maintain various Master Ops and Snapshot reports utilizing advanced Excel skills.
  • Respond to inquiries relative to order conditions and configurations from Program Managers, Division Sales, Master Scheduler, Configuration Analyst, Trades Services and Finance.
  • Complete quarter end close activities.
  • Concentrated support and work commitment during peak activities, such as at the end of corporate fiscal periods.
  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
  • Receive quote requests, quote changes, adjustments and cancellations from Field Sales, Divisional Sales, Master Schedulers and Program Managers.
  • Submit requests to Corporate OA for order processing as needed.
  • Provide support for quotes, sales forecasts, shipments.
  • Respond to inquiries relative to Order conditions and configurations from Program Managers, Division Sales, Master Scheduler, Configuration Analyst, Trades Services and Finance.
