The Associate Sales Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the sales force in the assigned territory.

Requirements

2+ years of sales closing experience.
Leadership experience with a passion for coaching training and motivating others.
Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
A professional presence.
Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
Experience growing and scaling teams.
Must have a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Assist the Territory Sales Manager in every day operations
Teach, train, and develop Sales Reps
Help develop and implement plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
Help create or refine systems to support objectives.
Identify strategies to guide new rep success.
Develop and implement a manpower growth plan that supports team goals.
Manage team to KPIs and objectives.
Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.
Work in collaboration across the organization.
Local travel as necessary.
Must have a clean driving record
