Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Sales experience required.
• A well-rounded individual with exposure to buying, distribution, planning, supply chain and marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for buyers and internal functional groups. (Order management, Operations, Product Development)
• Create and analyze Sales reports, line sheets, customers purchase orders
• Leads the order process, including preparing order sheets and ensure accuracy of all buying tools
• Manage seasonal calendar and responsible to ensure milestones are met.
• Maximize in-season sales opportunities
• Supports in monthly sales forecast preparation
• Monitor inventory and maximize in-season sales opportunities
