About The Position

Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales team and own the full sales cycle, helping independent insurance agencies reach their goals with our SaaS solutions.

Requirements

2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience, from prospecting to close.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business or territory growth targets through prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to coach prospects on their business objectives and challenges and go beyond the basic product demo.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the self-motivation and high energy to thrive in a competitive but fun team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle within a solution-selling methodology, from prospecting through negotiation and close, across our robust portfolio of technology solutions.
Generate new pipeline by uncovering and converting latent opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting, account research, follow-up, and territory planning.
Consult with independent agency owners as a trusted advisor, learning their goals and pain points and mapping them to our solutions.
Consistently meet and exceed your annual sales quota.
