About The Position

The Associate Researcher is an entry-level laboratory research position in Otolaryngology Administration. Under the supervision of a Principal Investigator or senior researcher, this role conducts routine, standardized experiments using techniques specific to the assigned research project. The Associate Researcher analyzes and assists in interpreting research outcomes and may provide laboratory and clerical support.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of research or laboratory experience.
• A bachelor's degree in science or a related field is preferred, or a combination of relevant research experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, conduct routine and standardized experiments using research techniques appropriate to the research project.
• Analyze and assist in interpreting laboratory results.
• Perform assays to support research studies.
• Maintain the laboratory environment and help manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Log and test samples; prepare and submit laboratory materials and specimens for shipment.
• Assist with collecting, analyzing, and reviewing experimental data for publication and presentation.
• Perform other related duties.
