Sanford Health is seeking an Associate Release of Information Technician to join their team. This role involves interacting with customers via phone or in person, handling requests for patient health information, and ensuring prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced, high call volume environment. They must be able to work comfortably with frequent interruptions, multitask, and maintain a high level of accuracy. The position also involves adhering to department goals, policies, and quality standards, and escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.
