About The Position

The Associate Regional Operations Manager (AROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The AROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience leading and managing teams
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Experience with managing staffing, budget/PnL, direct people management of frontline Teammates, building relationships with various stakeholders.
• Local travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Managed care and multi-site experience strongly preferred
