In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our workforce by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, email, text, and other channels
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
  • Process new hire paperwork and manage onboarding through the HRIS system
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding and benefits enrollment
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews to support employee retention efforts
  • Provide feedback to improve recruiting and hiring processes
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects
