About The Position

Direct Recruiters, Inc. (DRI) is hiring a driven professional to join our Digital Health and Healthcare IT executive search division. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, able to work independently, and excited to learn a relationship-driven business. You’ll work within innovative, rapidly evolving markets that include healthcare software, digital health platforms, telehealth, patient engagement, analytics, care management, remote patient monitoring, and other technologies improving how healthcare is accessed and delivered. Executive recruiting combines elements of sales, consulting, research, and relationship management. You’ll connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities while helping healthcare technology companies build stronger teams.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in an sales or agency environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay productive in a remote environment.
  • A track record of taking ownership, managing responsibilities, and following through on commitments.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and sound problem-solving skills.
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity about people, businesses, healthcare, and emerging technologies.
  • Resilience and the ability to stay motivated when faced with rejection or setbacks.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
  • A professional, distraction-free home workspace and reliable internet connection.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, recruiting, healthcare, technology, or another phone-intensive position can translate especially well to this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Find and engage prospective candidates through calls, referrals, networking, research, and recruiting platforms.
  • Lead conversations and build relationships with professionals at different stages of their careers.
  • Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and emerging trends across Digital Health and Healthcare IT.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of healthcare technology, its key players, and the professionals driving innovation within the industry.
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career goals, then present strong matches to the team.
  • Maintain organized and accurate recruiting activity, notes, and candidate pipelines within our CRM.
  • Support candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Manage your daily activity and priorities effectively while working in a remote environment.
