The Associate Recruiter will work closely with the Recruiting Operations Team to ensure that all total respondent and quota goals are met by contacting, screening, and scheduling consumers daily to participate in Curion’s consumer-based research studies. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Recruiting Manager and assist in implementing and executing the recruitment phase of upcoming research studies.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Willingness to regularly work early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on company needs
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a market research call center or an outbound call center is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of market research experience or event staff experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contact, screen, and schedule consumers daily to participate in research studies.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure total respondent and quota goals are met.
  • Assist in implementing and executing the recruiting phase of upcoming research studies.
  • Update and maintain accurate participant records in the database.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient system for scheduling participants and managing study logistics.
  • Communicate with participants in a professional and courteous manner to ensure their satisfaction and compliance with study protocols.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sr. Recruiting Manager regarding recruitment progress and potential issues.
