Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
• Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
• Actively source and maintain talent pipelines to attract quality candidates.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training and job skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
