About The Position
Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires the ability to work with limited oversight and will coordinate team activities.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience with SAP or similar data entry experience
- 3+ years’ experience Microsoft Office
- 1+ years working with a cross functional team
- 1+ years’ experience in processing documentation
- Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound Aircraft parts for correct and accurate identification and visible damage
- Verifying documents are complete and accurate
- Out-bound orders are verified completely and undamaged
- Parts are correctly identified, and all associated paperwork matches batch and PO number
- Data entry to ensure accurate records for aircraft parts
