About The Position

As an Associate Project Manager at Michels Power, Inc., you will support project execution by planning, organizing, and implementing core project management principles. You will work closely with project teams and the Project Manager to monitor and achieve project scope, schedule, and budget goals while gaining firsthand experience with substation-specific work scopes. The position is based in Minnesota, is full-time, and requires travel, including long-term onsite project assignments and in-field project support.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments, including in-field support for projects.
