About The Position

As an Associate eDiscovery Project Manager (APM) at Array, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client projects. This role handles transactional electronic stored information (ESI) projects with the support of a Project Manager. You will assist in managing client and project information, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal departments to implement solutions that meet our clients' needs. Candidates living or working Pacific/Mountain time zones are preferred.

Requirements

  • Unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Basic knowledge of how to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies
  • High aptitude with Microsoft applications, database programs, text editors, and review platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features.
  • Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding and interpreting client needs to help tailor solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to help construct project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal capabilities.
  • Support internal processes to ensure project plans are executed according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in providing support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively use the technology.
  • Help address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
  • Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data.
