Altus Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their Development Advisory division, based in the Edmonton office. In this role, the Associate Project Manager will work closely with the project management team to coordinate and manage resources for small-scale projects. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of agreed-upon results on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and corporate standards. The position involves undertaking all aspects of project management services for single or relatively small and standard projects, managing both internal and external teams, and preparing project proposals and briefs. The role also includes converting project purpose into a project plan, managing resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and cash flow. The Associate Project Manager will produce quality programs, monthly update reports, review contract documentation for risk mitigation, conduct stakeholder analyses, and proactively identify project risks. Client relationship management, including leading project/site update meetings, is also a key aspect. Additionally, the role provides administrative support by managing electronic project filing and archiving.
