The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned multi-family construction projects. Working under general supervision, the APM assists with project scheduling, cost tracking, document control, consultant coordination, and site support to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. This role focuses on learning project leadership fundamentals while managing defined scopes of responsibility independently and contributing to overall project success. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners and serves as a key communication and coordination resource throughout all stages of construction.
