The Credit, Data, and Modeling Culture and Community team is responsible for a wide range of community and culture building processes and events that aim to advance the culture and talent in some of the communities most core to what we do at Capital One. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Project Manager to own our bi-annual credit community survey. This role will be critical in helping us understand how our Consumer Credit community is feeling and providing our Credit Officers critical feedback on how they are fostering the culture on their teams and through their work. In this role you will own and analyze our bi annual survey, glean insights from that data that will inform our broader Credit Talent Management work.
