About The Position

Coordinates and manages assigned project workstreams from planning through implementation to support successful delivery of Workforce & Transformation initiatives. Develops project plans, monitors scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments, and evaluates project performance to identify corrective actions. Partners with Project Managers and cross-functional leaders to maintain accountability, provide decision-ready project information, and support delivery of project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or related field is required.
  • 4 years of progressively responsible experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, transformation, or a related functional area, preferably in a corporate or cross-functional environment, including at least 2 years supporting or managing project workstreams.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting using project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving follow-through on project deliverables, decisions, and corrective actions.
  • Experience supporting projects through planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation review.
  • Competency in Project Planning & Execution: Develops and coordinates work plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to support disciplined project execution.
  • Competency in Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Evaluates project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and interdependencies and recommends actions to protect project outcomes.
  • Competency in Project Governance & Reporting: Maintains accurate project controls and prepares clear, decision-ready status reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Competency in Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and leaders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and reinforce accountability for commitments.
  • Competency in Analytical Problem-Solving: Interprets project data and emerging challenges to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Competency in Process & Change Support: Implements project-related process improvements, UAT, readiness, and change activities that support successful adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Competency in Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally in English and Spanish and facilitates effective project meetings and stakeholder discussions.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field may substitute for up to 2 years of the required experience when accompanied by relevant project experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP or CAPM) may be considered in combination with relevant project experience.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or Similar project management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates assigned project workstreams from initiation through implementation by defining activities, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and delivery requirements in alignment with approved project scope.
  • Manages day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams by monitoring schedules, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder commitments and coordinating corrective actions to maintain project progress.
  • Evaluates project performance by analyzing risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and interdependencies; recommends mitigation actions and escalates matters that may affect scope, schedule, quality, or outcomes.
  • Ensures project governance and visibility by maintaining accurate project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, decision records, and other project documentation required for effective oversight.
  • Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to clarify requirements, resolve execution issues, communicate decisions, and reinforce accountability for commitments and deliverables.
  • Implements process and change-management activities that support project adoption, operational readiness, and continuous improvement, including UAT, implementation tracking, and lessons learned.
  • Communicates project status, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions to Project Managers and leaders, translating project information into clear, decision-ready updates.
  • Ensures consistent application of company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within assigned project activities to support ethical operations and mitigate compliance risk.
  • Coordinates and supports restoration and emergency preparedness activities, including assigned drills and response activities, to contribute to operational resilience and reliable service recovery.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities aligned with organizational priorities, role scope, and qualifications to support departmental effectiveness and operational flexibility.
