About The Position

The Associate Project Manager, UEAT (Onboarding & Implementation) is responsible for leading the full onboarding and implementation process of UEAT solutions for merchants sold and integrated through partners, from initial configuration to go-live. This role is essential to the success of restaurant merchants and combines technical execution with strong client engagement, offering clear, visible impact. Working cross-functionally with Partners, Moneris teams, and Integration teams, this role drives consistency, scalability, and quality across all onboarding activities while ensuring alignment with product scope and operational requirements. Location: You will be based in our Montreal or Quebec City office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Project Management I. Schedule: this role will require flexibility to work between 9am and 7pm EST. Posting Type: Replacement.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma (DEC) or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two years of project management experience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UEAT onboarding projects from initiation through go-live, including opportunity tracking in Zoho CRM.
  • Analyze merchant needs and ensure alignment with the defined implementation scope.
  • Configure merchants, restaurants, groups, access rights, and permissions in the UEAT Back Office.
  • Activate, configure, and validate UEAT products according to the approved scope.
  • Coordinate and validate integrations with Moneris payments, delivery platforms, POS systems, kiosks, and menus.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of ordering, payment, and delivery workflows prior to launch.
  • Deliver functional training to merchants and partners to support solution adoption.
  • Confirm go-live readiness and ensure a structured handoff to operational support teams.
