As an Associate Program Manager within Lonza's Dosage Forms Solutions business, you will help shape early development programs and set them up for successful execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in product development or program coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support early-stage development programs from initial intake through execution readiness.
  • Review incoming project requests to ensure scope, data, and documentation are complete.
  • Partner with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to confirm feasibility and timelines.
  • Identify risks early and escalate gaps that could impact execution or manufacturing readiness.
  • Coordinate development agreements and ensure clear alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain accurate product and material data in ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Track milestones, monitor readiness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
