Associate Professor of Pediatrics Term (Open Rank) Division of Hematology Oncology
About The Position
The University of Louisville School of Medicine, affiliated with Norton Children’s Hospital, seeks a board-certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist with a focus on stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. The selected candidate will demonstrate academic engagement, a commitment to teaching, and clinical excellence through fellowship training or practice experience caring for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and other cellular therapies. Candidates will be considered if they have clinical and research efforts focused on transplantation for malignant or nonmalignant conditions, treatment and prevention of transplant-related complications, gene therapy or other areas relevant to pediatric transplantation; or leadership or participation in clinical quality improvements focused on transplant quality metrics.
Requirements
- Board-certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist
- Medical degree/diploma
- Residency/fellowship certification
- Kentucky medical license or license eligible
