Requirements

  • 1–2 years of IT, technical support, or business-focused technology experience (consulting, support, IT operations, systems administration, etc.)
  • Hands-on familiarity with DEX (Digital Employee Experience) concepts as a user—you understand how endpoint and application performance impacts employees
  • Baseline EUC (End-User Computing) knowledge at any level—whether Windows, endpoint management, or basic system support
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to business and IT stakeholders
  • Customer-First Mindset: You genuinely care about solving customer problems and are energized by direct customer interaction
  • Service Orientation: You take ownership, follow through, and measure success by customer outcomes
  • Technical Curiosity: You're comfortable troubleshooting, learning quickly, and diving into technical details
  • Communication Skills: You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and listen actively to customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer teams to understand their business challenges and define how Nexthink solves them
  • Lead workshops and consultative sessions that build trust and position you as a knowledgeable, customer-focused resource
  • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable use cases and solution designs
  • Guide customers through adoption, ensuring they realize measurable value from Nexthink
  • Configure and deploy Nexthink solutions aligned with customer requirements and best practices
  • Build dashboards, investigations, alerts, and automations that deliver business impact
  • Analyze endpoint data to generate insights and optimize solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving methods—with mentorship and resources behind you
  • Document configurations and solution designs clearly for customer knowledge transfer
  • Learn from seasoned consultants through direct collaboration, pair engagements, and mentorship
  • Build technical depth through hands-on experience and structured training
  • Continuously refine your problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills
