In this role, you aren’t just a spectator; you are the connective tissue between our front-end teams and the technical engine room. You’ll be the translator for our user community, the architect of our standard operating procedures, and the tactical expert who ensures our systems don't just work—they excel.

Requirements

2+ years of experience where you’ve mastered the art of system-to-business alignment.
BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in MSSQL.
Ability to explain a technical "why" to a non-technical "who" with ease and precision.
Project management skills to drive a solution from the initial "problem" stage all the way through testing and implementation.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON.
