BHSI has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Specialist in Berxi. As an Associate Product Specialist on our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both prospective and existing Berxi customers on the phone and through our digital channels. We’re looking for a problem solver who will advocate for our customers and brand. Furthermore, you will contribute directly to improving the Berxi experience by providing constant voice-of-the-customer and user experience feedback. The team you will be a part of focuses on exceeding customer expectations and building our business. We don’t obsess over metrics. Instead, we focus on doing the right thing and doing right by our customers.
