Associate Product Manager
About The Position
The Associate Product Manager is an entry-level role supporting product management, product development, and technical services while building a pipeline of future leaders. The position handles administrative and coordination responsibilities for Product Management, R&D, and Technical Services, helping senior team members focus on strategy, innovation, commercialization, and customer engagement. The role provides broad exposure to product development, testing, manufacturing, sourcing, and commercialization processes, establishing a foundation for future growth in Product Management, R&D, Operations, Technical Services, or Commercial leadership roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, product development, engineering, quality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support product launches, product revisions, and commercialization activities.
- Maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and system accuracy.
- Coordinate product setup and change management processes.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and action items for ongoing product development projects.
- Coordinate communication among Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing teams.
- Track project progress and identify risks, delays, or resource needs.
- Prepare project updates and status reports for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate wash fastness and product performance testing programs.
- Manage sample submissions, testing schedules, and testing records.
- Organize, communicate, and maintain test results and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities with external laboratories.
- Compare and analyze trial and testing data and summarize findings.
- Set up procedures for filing physical samples and documents.
