About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven marketer to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Biodesix Development Services business line. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Associate Product Manager will work closely with the Business Development and R&D teams to enable the world’s leading biopharmaceutical, life sciences, and academic research institutions with scientific, technological, and operational capabilities that fuel the development of diagnostic tests, tools, and therapeutics. With 2024 revenue growing by 70%, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a fast growing, dynamic services business.

Requirements

  • Based in Louisville, Colorado facility
  • Knowledge of and interest in the diagnostics and biotechnology space
  • Learning agility to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Problem solving aptitude and creative thinking skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • BS in Business Administration or relevant technical/scientific discipline
  • Up to 20% travel

  • Experience in product marketing or sales desirable

Responsibilities

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for the Biodesix Development Services business line, including messaging, promotions, and sales support
  • Work closely with the Product Management and Sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and utilization of clinical diagnostic tests
  • Support the development, approval, and release of brand content including marketing collateral, sales training materials, website content, advertisements, social media, videos, blogs, and webinars
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in marketing processes in partnership with cross-functional team members including customer service, IT, quality, regulatory, and laboratory operations
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to develop and report insights related to market trends, customer satisfaction, and competition to inform product and process improvements
  • Participate in industry technical meetings and society conferences to represent Biodesix, generate new leads, and identify key user requirements for product planning
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure success on marketing projects
  • Manage multiple marketing projects to successfully complete by a designated deadline
