About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations engineering, sales engineering, or technical marketing within the electrical industry.

  • Knowledge of medium voltage control assemblies (Ampgard MV Control and/or SC9000 MV Drives).

Responsibilities

  • Support the MVCA product line strategic 1 – 5 year outlook.
  • Collect "voice-of-customer" to drive the product roadmap.
  • Support key new product development releases.
  • Develop and improve business processes and system tools needed to support MVCA growth across North America.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing marketing collateral, including website feedback, product specifications, brochures, and videos.
  • Lead best practices for critical customer documentation, such as Instruction Booklets and parts catalogues.
  • Utilize understanding of product technically to generate customer and technical presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quote and order fulfillment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives, including developing and gathering feedback from prospective customers in key market segments.
  • Support new product development, strategic direction planning for the product line, and implementation of new product and services launch plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to develop new products or modify existing products to meet customer requirements and market needs.
