About The Position

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Paramount+ and Pluto TV Content Discovery team within the Paramount Streaming product organization. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will support the execution of high-visibility, high-impact features across the content discovery roadmap for both services. You’ll work closely with product stakeholders as well as partners in engineering, design, data, and content to bring new features to market and contribute to improving how users browse, search, and discover content. This is an on-site role requiring (5) days in office based in Burbank, CA.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of product management experience supporting consumer-facing products, services, or features strongly preferred. Relevant internship experience may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of product development and software development lifecycles
  • Proficient interest in streaming, content discovery, and building engaging consumer experiences
  • Curiosity around measuring impact and using data to inform decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to write clear and structured documentation
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with video streaming experiences in the market
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, data, media or relevant fields

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of content discovery features across Paramount+ and Pluto TV
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gather user feedback, and analyze engagement trends to help inform product decisions
  • Assist in writing clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics to support development
  • Monitor feature performance, identify anomalies, and develop a solid understanding of user behavior and journeys across both services
  • Help coordinate work across Design, Engineering, PMO, and content partner teams to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Support backlog management, including tracking tasks, bugs, and feature enhancements
  • Provide clear and timely status updates on feature development and support communication of progress to the broader team
