About The Position

The Associate Product Manager, STAR Franchise, provides support in the planning and execution of marketing activities that align with strategic goals. The role focuses on gathering market and customer insights, supporting product positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement across the STAR Franchise portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required with a concentration in marketing, business, or life sciences preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Helps in executing marketing plans for assigned products, including support for product positioning, branding, and messaging.
  • Contributes in the preparation of product performance updates and recommendations.
  • Monitors competitor activities and gathers market intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Tracks trends and reports actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Gathers input from sales reps, KOLs, and customer interactions to support marketing research efforts.
  • Develops surveys and analyzes feedback to improve product strategy.
  • Coordinates in the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
  • Manages review processes and tracks material effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Professional Education, Research & Development, and Regulatory teams to support tactical execution and alignment.
  • Works closely with Business Development to understand emerging opportunities.
  • Assists in the development of training materials for sales team onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Ensures materials are current and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manages project timelines and deliverables.
  • Tracks budget items and ensures adherence to internal processes.
  • Supports planning and execution of STAR Franchise participation at conferences and events.
  • Manages logistics, booth materials, and post-event analysis.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Supports digital marketing initiatives including campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization across key online channels.
