Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services or related product/business roles (e.g., banking, credit cards, insurance, lending)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience supporting product initiatives, projects, or business processes in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Business-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, enhancement, and launch of credit card, insurance, and retail banking products aligned to customer needs and business priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver product initiatives from concept through launch
  • Assist in defining business requirements and maintaining alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities and support ongoing product improvements post-launch
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Contribute to product planning by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business performance
