About the position
OJO is seeking a Product Manager to join their Monetization Team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define services and experiences that align with OJO's value proposition to real estate agents and partners. You will lead agile scrum rituals, articulate and prioritize items in the product backlog, and ensure engineering teams achieve desired results. Additionally, you will integrate user feedback and data analysis to enhance user satisfaction and drive product success. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, analytical, and eager to deliver efficient solutions that have a big impact. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product management experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product manager, engineers, and designers of the Monetization Team to define services and experiences that deliver on OJO's value proposition to real estate agents and partners
- Lead agile scrum rituals, including sprint planning and backlog refinement for 1 or 2 scrum teams
- Clearly articulate and prioritize items in the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams understand and achieve desired results
- Translate product requirements and reported bugs into tickets in JIRA
- Understand and communicate all upcoming product features and user experience changes to key stakeholders, such as OJO's Operations, Product Marketing, Business Development, Business Analytics, and Finance teams
- Work closely with engineers as they complete tickets and participate in user acceptance testing to review
- Integrate user feedback, research, and data analysis to enhance user satisfaction and drive the success of products
