About The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tradeweb's Emerging Markets Product Team in a Product Implementation role, based in New York. Working in a challenging and dynamic environment, the EM team is rapidly growing globally and the role will be responsible for the expansion of EM Rates and associated protocols for EM IRS, EM Repo etc.

Requirements

Proven experience within an Investment Bank or electronic trading platform
Product knowledge in bonds is preferred and a grasp of Fixed Income product suites
Proficient in Tradeweb platform demonstrations preferable
Strong communication and customer facing skills
Ability to prioritize work effectively
Service and results orientated
Able to deliver results under pressure and achieve KPIs
Team player & strong independent worker with ability to take ownership & responsibility
Knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Tableau and internal MIS tools

Responsibilities

Project manage the implementation of new products, product enhancements and dealers ensuring seamless delivery is achieved
Implement strategy to ensure maximum dealer support of functionality/trade types is achieved
Provide ongoing support and training to the dealer community on Tradeweb’s new products and enhancements including holding presentations and conducting demonstrations of the system to a broad audience e.g. Trading, Sales, Technology or Ecommerce
Take ownership to ensure the platform performs as expected and investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any problems
Proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb’s dealer community, looking for ways to provide excellent client service and maintaining good working relationships on a day-to-day basis
Will act as the initial point of contact with Dealer integration and Business teams
Assume responsibility for tracking the pipeline of key clients and dealers
Support the global team with various MIS reports and presentations as required
Work will vary between 7:00 am and 6.00pm and holiday work may be required from time to time on a shift basis. Some overseas travel may be required.
