The Will Cain Show is looking for a talented Associate Producer/Booker to join our team. From booking dynamic guests to capturing the perfect moment on camera, you have a knack for storytelling. The ideal candidate is a creative go-getter who can find the best part of a story and make it matter to a national audience. You know how to get the exclusive and how to educate the audience by producing visual segments. You have a passion for news, strong editorial judgement, and a good attitude and understand the in-depth storytelling we do on The Will Cain Show.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Television production experience
- Strong writing skills and editorial judgment
- Passion for current events
- Social media savviness
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of I-News, Viz, and Dalet a plus
- Experience in a live control room a plus
Responsibilities
- Book high-profile & unique guests
- Produce segments that often require in-depth research & custom graphics
- Conduct pre-interviews & put together research packets on a wide array of topics
- Pitch stories daily
- Be creative and think 'outside the box'
