About The Position
We are looking for a detailed and organized person to join “The Kramer Show” on Mix 106-5. The ideal person will be a true Jill or Jack of all trades, mostly happy behind the scenes helping the host(s) shine, but also able to step into the spotlight and shine with them when needed, while handling several roles central to the show.
Requirements
- Communication/Written/Verbal skills
- Time management and organizational skills a must.
- Ability to pivot
Responsibilities
- Create and execute personality and people-intensive content every day.
- Brainstorm and/or create great story lines and plot lines to generate audience engagement and reaction.
- Gather audio, edit, and upload show highlights to our podcast channel and our automation system.
- Help keep the show “on task” whether it’s during or after the show, with content, appearances, interviews, guests.
- Screen calls and edit for air in-studio.
