Associate Principal Consultant
About The Position
The Associate Principal Consultant will assist with overseeing the implementation of CRM and OM systems. This includes analyzing client systems and specifications, and developing customized solutions using SQL Developer and Unix. The role involves implementing the Software Development life cycle with SAFe Agile Framework. Responsibilities include providing requirements for RICE development and support of CRM and OM systems such as ServiceNow and MS Dynamics Applications, Order Management, Procurement, Billing and Invoicing. The position requires participation in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, gap analysis, customization, configuration, and testing, with a strong understanding of application configuration setups, functionality, and integration of various modules. The role involves extensive work on the functional side of Interfaces, Conversions, and Customizations of reports. Troubleshooting user problems using CRM and OM application setups, system administrator tasks, application functionality, and back-end tables is also a key duty. The position supports custom development in the CRM and OM Application Production Environment and involves performing functional analysis, creating functional design documents using Agile Framework, and delivering products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or related IT position
- 2 years of experience with CRM and CRM Billing application (SAP S4 Order Management Billing System)
- 2 years of experience with development and testing of software applications using Java and Selenium
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Maven, RestFul API, SOAP, HTML, XML, VB.Net, SQL Developer, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Marketo
