About The Position

Associate Principal Consultant1 Assist with overseeing the architecture, development, and migration of enterprise-grade web applications and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Azure, React.js, and Next.js. Responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, customization, and integration of enterprise applications with third-party systems and cloud platforms across Rental and Ecommerce domains. Implement full software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post- production support in large-scale, distributed environments. Architect, develop, and customize applications using ASP.NET Core (3.1 and above), ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft WebAPI 2.0, Angular, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, and Microsoft Entity Framework. Work extensively on backend design and microservices architecture leveraging C#, RESTful APIs, and JSON, integrating with SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB. Implement reusable components, server-side rendering, and responsive UIs for scalable enterprise applications. Design and configure Microsoft Azure services including Web Apps, Web Jobs, Data Factory, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Databases, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Search Service to deliver secure, high- performing solutions. Implement DevOps pipelines using VSTS, Git, and CI/CD frameworks for automated build, test, and deployment. Perform advanced data migration and ETL processes from Excel, APIs, and heterogeneous sources into Azure cloud databases. Develop reporting solutions using Microsoft SSRS/SSIS, business intelligence dashboards, and analytics reports for Problem Management, Incident Management, and Change Management. Troubleshoot priority production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and propose long-term architectural improvements to ensure enterprise resilience. Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and external vendors to design, integrate, and deliver cross-platform solutions (Salesforce APIs, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, marketing automation tools). Prepare technical documentation including functional design documents, deployment plans, release notes, and POCs. Provide technical leadership for migrations from legacy .NET applications to .NET Core and modern cloudnative architectures. Support Go-Live readiness, perform post-production hypercare, and ensure compliance with enterprise scalability, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered as Developer or related position.
• Must have 4 years of experience with: Web application development, Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Integrations, .NET Technologies, modern frontend frameworks.
• Rental and E-Commerce systems domain.
• ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, Angular, React.js, Next.js.
• Microsoft Azure services.
• SQL Server, RESTful Web Services, JSON, Salesforce APIs, Git.
