About The Position

Working closely with the entire Investments team, this role is responsible for the day-to- day management and maintenance of accounts in our turnkey asset management platform Eclipse. With your hands in every piece of Eclipse, this Associate Portfolio Manager will be balancing accounts, trading day-to-day, managing appropriate cash balances, and assuring our model portfolios stay in balance with their goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • 3+ years of related work experience, including work with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Schwab/TDAmeritrade, or Fidelity platforms
  • Experience working with Orion/Eclipse preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all investment strategies and models under Centralized Portfolio Management (CPM), including model construction and year-round change processing
  • Execute complete onboarding process for portfolios at all levels, collaborating with Partner Teams to enter and analyze investment portfolio proposal data
  • Monitor dedicated portfolios totaling $1.1+ billion for cash needs, rebalancing requirements, and non-model positions
  • Provide guidance to Advisors and Associate Portfolio Managers on onboarding trades, trade analyses, and existing portfolio management
  • Effectively communicate with Partners and Advisors to explain trades, reports, and analytics across all portfolio activities
  • Conduct regular portfolio audits to monitor for drift and identify improvement opportunities
  • Process tax loss harvesting opportunities within assigned portfolio responsibilities
  • Process withdrawal requests and change requests through proprietary workflow systems
  • Deliver ongoing guidance and technical support to advisors and APMs on all aspects of portfolio management
