About The Position

Our entry-level Pipe Stress Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of critical piping systems that support power generation and industrial facilities across the country. Whether contributing to nuclear power plant upgrades, energy infrastructure projects, or other complex industrial applications, our engineers analyze and evaluate piping systems to ensure they can safely withstand pressure, temperature fluctuations, seismic events, and other operating conditions. As a new graduate, you will gain hands-on experience collecting field data, developing pipe stress models, performing engineering calculations.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
  • A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
  • Must be able to work outside.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
  • Completion of pre interview assessments.
  • College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
