About The Position

CoStar Group is hiring an Associate Photographer to collect media for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Working within an assigned core territory, the photographer uses a Matterport Pro3 camera, digital camera equipment, and an iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans, and photographs of residential homes and apartments. Appointments are scheduled for defined dates and times, and the role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets. When not photographing a residential property, the Associate Photographer navigates one-mile-square grids to support commercial real estate data coverage by identifying new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to photograph. The position requires field work, driving, client interaction, adherence to company safety standards, and occasional weekend work on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Real estate photography experience.
Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service experience and a client-first mindset.
Drone photography experience and an FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Satisfactory completion of a driving record/abstract check before starting; driving history must show responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
