Associate Pharmacy Technician
About The Position
The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician License.
- Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Temporary Practice Permit.
- Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Provisional License.
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy technician program coursework/training (may be required in some states for technicians).
- Inpatient experience.
- Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR).
