About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join its National Branch in Crystal, Minnesota. This frontline role builds customer relationships by supporting everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. The banker learns about customers’ goals and connects them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools. The role supports account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and works with branch teammates to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Strong relationship building, sound judgment, and balancing service with growth are important to success. Wells Fargo provides training and coaching to support career growth and mobility. The position requires flexibility between cash handling and customer banking activities, with an emphasis on account openings and ongoing account support. The work schedule includes Saturdays. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the registration process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet applicable LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The listed base pay range is $25.00–$32.00; pay may vary based on factors including performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
SAFE registration is required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date.
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
Must comply with applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures and fulfill risk and compliance obligations.

Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists and connect customers with appropriate expertise.
Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately and make sound risk decisions.
