Requirements

High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent educational background.
Chemical, laboratory, technical, or related scientific background.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow procedures, protocols, and quality standards consistently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with automated systems and computer-based task management tools.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and understand English-language documentation and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Internship, laboratory training, or early-career experience in a technical environment is preferred.
Previous experience in a fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory environment.
Knowledge of inventory management, sample preparation, or laboratory best practices.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Weigh fragrance compounds accurately according to established formulas, procedures, and good manufacturing practices.
Prepare and process raw materials while ensuring proper barcode tracking, labeling, conditioning, and documentation.
Produce fragrance oil reference samples that serve as quality control standards for manufacturing.
Safely handle fragrance ingredients and chemical materials in accordance with laboratory and safety protocols.
Fill sample requests and prepare perfume submissions for internal and external stakeholders.
Complete all required administrative and system-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage raw material inventory, including shelf-life monitoring, replenishment requests, labeling, and contamination prevention.
Prepare fragrance oil applications for internal evaluation using appropriate laboratory techniques and best practices.
Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, housekeeping activities, and adherence to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
